About the Role:
Kunal LLC is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our team in South Burlington, VT — weekends only! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Every Saturday and Sunday morning from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Experience preferred, but will train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct guests as needed
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations or appointments accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with consistent weekend availability
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office software or booking systems
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
