Operations Manager - E-commerce

The Operations Manager - E-commerce is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dynamic e-commerce business, ensuring efficient supply chain management, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This leadership role requires managing a large team of 25 to 100 members with a strong floor presence, utilizing ERP and CRM software to optimize workflows and maintain high customer satisfaction. Success is measured by KPIs, team productivity, and customer satisfaction scores. The position supports cross-functional teams and manages projects such as process automation, new product launches, and peak volume periods. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain processes to ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Control inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste
• Oversee order fulfillment activities to maintain customer satisfaction
• Supervise and mentor a team ranging from 25 to 100 employees
• Optimize workflows and operational processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Track performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Maintain floor presence to support daily operations and team dynamics
• Collaborate moderately with external vendors and suppliers
• Lead operational projects including process automation, new product launches, and managing peak volume periods
• Utilize ERP and CRM software to support operational reporting and workflow management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management
• Proficiency with ERP software
• Strong inventory management skills
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specifically in e-commerce operations management
