The Customer Support Representative will greet patients and visitors, answer incoming calls, and assist patients with questions. Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and maintain accurate records. Work with physicians' offices, hospitals, and insurance providers. Assist patients with COAO equipment, oxygen therapy, and other home medical equipment needs.
HSG. College is a plus. DME experience preferred!
Normal Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Criminal/Drug Testing
