General Manager (Marina)

Pebble Isle Marina is seeking a hands-on General Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader of our full-service marina and waterfront hospitality property on Kentucky Lake.

The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the property's financial performance, marina operations, leasing, fuel operations, restaurant oversight, facilities, team leadership, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and business development.

This is an ideal role for an experienced operator who enjoys taking ownership of a business, leading people, solving problems, and being actively involved in day-to-day operations. During our peak boating season, the General Manager is expected to be highly visible and willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and our guests.
