Our client is seeking a highly motivated and tech savvy Systems Administrator to join their growing team in the Arlington area! This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, optimizing system performance, and supporting critical business operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and enhancing both on-premise and cloud based infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of enterprise systems. Working closely with leadership, end users, and technology partners, you'll help drive innovation, implement new solutions, strengthen cybersecurity, and support the organization's ongoing growth.

Required Qualifications :
- 3+ years of Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or related IT experience
- Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Exchange administration
- VMware (vSphere, vCenter, NSX) and Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler)
- Linux server administration and enterprise storage platforms (SAN/NFS)
- Networking, firewalls, proxy servers, and email security
- Cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Infrastructure management, system planning, and software lifecycle support
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic, or Watson
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
