Industrial Coatings Foreman / Supervisor

Pro Coat LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Coatings Foreman / Supervisor to oversee field crews and daily operations on industrial and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate field crews and daily work activities
• Oversee industrial painting and protective coating applications
• Oversee sandblasting and surface preparation
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Monitor quality and productivity
• Communicate daily progress, needs, and issues with Project Managers
• Enforce company and site-specific safety requirements
• Perform hands-on work when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial coatings and sandblasting experience required
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating systems
• Ability to lead and manage field crews
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and product requirements
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and willing to travel to project sites as required
