Operations Manager

• Manage day-to-day industrial, warehouse, logistics, and material-handling operations
• Lead and support a small operations team while remaining hands-on in daily activities
• Partner with ownership to establish operational priorities and support business growth
• Oversee inventory management, shipping, receiving, and workflow coordination
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, and quality standards
• Manage budgets, operating costs, and overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes
• Work with vendors, carriers, and logistics partners to maintain effective supply chain operations
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational records
• Support the evaluation and implementation of automation, technology, and process improvements

• Previous experience in Operations Management, Plant Management, Warehouse Management, Distribution Management, or Industrial Operations Leadership
• Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, recycling, distribution, material processing, warehousing, or logistics environments
• Experience managing workflow, inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational processes
• Working knowledge of budgeting, P&L management, cost control, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, and compliance requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment or operational issues
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean principles, automation, or operational technology is a plus
