Job Description

THC Workforce is currently seeking a Bilingual Food Service Team Leader to join our team in Knoxville, TN. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional candidate with strong leadership and communication skills who can work effectively in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support food service staff during daily operations
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Handle workplace conflicts professionally and help find practical solutions
• Assist with food preparation, serving, station setup, and customer service as needed
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed
• Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow throughout each shift
• Address operational issues and report important concerns to management

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally
• Comfortable making decisions and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and varying shifts

Compensation

$18/hour + overtime opportunities
