General Role Information & Requirements:

• Position Overview: The Telecommunications Manager  serves as the primary operational lead responsible for overall contract performance, staffing management, and executive alignment with the Customer Program Management Office (PMO).
• Qualifications: Engineering Degree/ Associate Degree in Telecommunications or related field with 8-10 years of experience in Telecommunications Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise management controls, program reviews, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) compliance.
• Provide direct management and operational support to the Customer PM, including executive briefing slides, Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and risk registers.
• Oversee team productivity across  tasks, ensuring smooth execution across a huge volume of telecommunications transition orders.
• Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity, CUI safeguarding, and non-disclosure requirements across all project staff.
