Warehouse Associate (Warehouse Forklift / Shipping & Receiving)

Shift: M-F 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 D.O.E.

Position Overview

PrideStaff is proud to partner with a leading distribution company looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to join their team. In this role, you will handle everything from operating a warehouse forklift (WHFL) to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for secure shipping.
• Material Handling: Safely operate a Warehouse Forklift (WHFL) to move inventory and stage products.
• Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Inventory Intake: Receive new inventory, verify counts, and break down shipping crates/pallets to organize the warehouse.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating a Warehouse Forklift (WHFL); certification is a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to [50+ lbs], stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and breaking down heavy wooden crates.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy when picking orders and checking incoming inventory paperwork.
• Dependability: Punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
