Parts Manager

US In Home Services is a rapidly expanding appliance repair service center with multiple locations. We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our LaPlace branch as a Parts Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career with a company that offers training and opportunities for advancement. Previous experience is preferred but not required, and paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Distribute parts to field technicians daily
• Collect unused, defective, or returnable parts from field technicians
• Process and manage returns to various parts distributors
• Conduct daily inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels
• Receive, organize, label, and store incoming parts
• Maintain accurate inventory and parts records
• Track parts orders and provide status updates when needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from managers, technicians, and colleagues
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous parts, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred but not required
• Paid training will be provided
• Inventory management experience of at least one year is preferred
• Inventory control experience of at least one year is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to LaPlace, Louisiana

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour morning shift
