$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifying drivers hired for the Rancho Cordova position are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Bonus payments are made after successful completion of the onboarding process and first tendered load:

• $500 after 30 days
• $500 after 60 days
• $1,000 upon completion of 90 days

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, professional, and safety-focused Class A CDL Tractor-Trailer Drivers to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Drivers will safely deliver food products to designated grocery stores while providing professional customer service and maintaining compliance with all applicable DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Schedule & Hours

• 40–50 hours per week
• Thursday–Monday OR Friday–Tuesday
• Start time between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM
• Regular work location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Current K4 certification issued within the last 30 days
• Valid, non-expired medical certification
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• At least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 2 years
• Minimum age of 23 years old
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stand, walk, climb into and out of trucks, and perform other physical job duties
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance
• Professional attitude and customer-service skills
• Ability to follow assigned routes, procedures, and company policies

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer
• Deliver food products to designated grocery stores
• Complete deliveries safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Use a pallet jack to move pallets to the rear of the trailer
• Perform required vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow assigned delivery routes and company procedures

No loading or unloading of product is required.
