Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Solon, Ohio. This position is responsible for performing laboratory testing, preparing samples, recording results, and supporting quality control processes. Responsibilities

• Prepare and process samples for testing and evaluation
• Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures
• Accurately record and document test results
• Operate laboratory equipment and maintain testing instruments
• Follow all laboratory safety and quality procedures
• Assist with quality control and quality assurance activities
• Maintain laboratory supplies and inventory
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate findings and observations to supervisors and team members
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Science, or related field preferred
• Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality control experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
