CDL Driver

Join our team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver and become a vital part of our transportation network! In this energetic role, Your expertise will ensure timely and safe Waste transportation services while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by providing reliable transportation. Experience in roll off and vacuum truck operating is required. Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with all state and local driving laws and transportation safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service while communication with our costumers upon arriving at job sites and exceptional work performace
• Pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify operational safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and emergency equipment
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, and vehicle maintenance reports in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Skills

• Proven experience driving commercial vehicles with a valid CDL license
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle codes, and transportation safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English; (Spanish) abilities are a plus
• Skilled in defensive driving techniques and quick response to traffic changes or emergencies
• Ability to follow detailed routes accurately while maintaining punctuality and efficiency
• Strong writing skills for completing reports, logs, and incident documentation
