Department Production Supervisor - Mid-Shift

We are actively looking for a reliable and professional Production Supervisor to oversee Mid-Shift operations of one of our client’s most active and growing departments!!!

Our client is an established but also growing, full-service Print on Demand company that puts employees first!

 What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily assignments for the department
• Coach and performance manage others to ensure production targets are met
• Provide daily support to the department
• Work with printing machines, heat presses, and other equipment
• Support training and certification programs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
• Responsible for print quality, custom finishing needs, and shipping
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to quality
• Support and communicate with other teammates, departments, and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong preference for bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Previous production experience required
• Strong leadership and coaching experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful situations
• Must be detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with deadlines and meet productivity goals
• Ability to execute action plans effectively and problem solve
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Experience working within a diverse team environment
• Basic troubleshooting skills and comfortable working with various computer systems and large scale equipment
• Ensure maintenance protocols throughout operations, troubleshoot basic machine issues, and coordinate service with maintenance technicians
