CDL Industrial Equipment Operator – Vacuum Truck / Hydroblasting

Pay: $26–$28 per hour

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator / CDL Operator to operate vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, pumps, and other industrial service equipment at customer job sites.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in operating heavy equipment safely and working as part of an industrial field service team.

What You'll Do

• Operate vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, pumps, and industrial cleaning equipment
• Perform industrial cleaning and environmental service work at customer locations
• Load and unload hoses and equipment
• Operate vacuum systems and unload vacuum trucks at designated facilities
• Perform equipment inspections and routine field maintenance
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and required driver logs
• Transport equipment and personnel to customer locations as needed
• Follow DOT requirements and company driving policies
• Assist with crew operations and direct technicians when assigned
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Class A or B CDL required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience operating vacuum trucks or industrial equipment
• Experience with wet/dry vacuum equipment preferred
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred
• Ability to work in industrial environments and around heavy equipment
• Ability to understand safety instructions and respond appropriately in emergency situations
• Smartphone required for electronic logging
• TWIC may be required depending on job assignment
