Sales & Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person who enjoys a fast-paced environment and a little friendly competition? Four Facets is growing our Cincinnati team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build experience in sales, customer service, and communication.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and become confident working directly with customers.

What You'll Do

• Meet and communicate with customers in a retail environment
• Ask questions to understand customer needs
• Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Recommend appropriate options based on customer needs
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Goal-oriented and motivated to learn
• Coachable and able to work well with a team
• Retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Availability to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends as needed

Compensation & Training

• Base pay or commission, based on performance
• New representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• Paid training
• Ongoing sales and product coaching
• Performance-based incentives
