Customer Service Representative Insurance

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and agency text line
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with staff to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Ability to document current work
  

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Must be a High School graduate, college degree or documented course work a plus
• Must be able to pass NY State P&C license exam
• Positive outlook on life
• Able to pass a background and drug test
