Operations Manager

Operations Manager:

We are looking for an experienced and confident operations manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the plant floor while

increasing production output and efficiencies. We are looking for a strong leader with a

batching/blending/packaging background and experience building teams.

Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor all operations and processes
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Manage forecasting and scheduling for optimal operating efficiency and proper inventory levels
• Oversee daily floor operations
• Develop strategies to increase throughput
• Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations
• Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve
• Oversee the hiring and training of new employees
• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment
• Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• 5 years of experience as a plant manager, operations manager, production manager, etc.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of personnel
• Able to analyze problems and provide possible solutions with a sense of urgency
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
• FDA drug listed facility experience and cGMP 21 CFR knowledge is preferred
