Shipping Candidate/Crate Builder Needed

We’re hiring a Crate Builder / Shipping Associate to support the shipment of large industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role focused on building custom wooden crates, preparing equipment for shipment, and working with a tight-knit production and shipping team.

What You’ll Do

• Build custom wood crates and skids for industrial machinery
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using saws, nail guns, and hand tools
• Secure equipment for shipment (blocking, bracing, strapping, wrapping)
• Assist with loading and staging freight for outbound shipments
• Follow shipping instructions and quality standards to prevent damage
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in crate building, carpentry, shipping, or industrial packaging preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and saws
• Ability to read basic drawings or shipping instructions
• Physically able to lift, move, and position materials and crates
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
