MANUFACTURING TEAM MEMBER (POWER)

Location: Pooler, GA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 4 days on / 4 days off rotation

Job Overview

We are looking for a Manufacturing Team Member – Power to join our team! This position supports the manufacturing and assembly of electrical components, equipment, and systems.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to help maintain efficient production while meeting quality and safety standards.

Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation.

Shift A

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Shift B

• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and manufacturing of electrical components, equipment, and systems according to established procedures and specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer standards.
• Work with team members and supervisors to identify and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in team meetings related to production schedules, process improvements, and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or certification in electrical or manufacturing fields is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical components or power-related manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical components, systems, and assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and follow a rotating 4-days-on / 4-days-off schedule.
