Job Summary:

At the Heritage, the journey of a dish doesn’t end at the pass—it begins there. We are seeking a

high-energy, detail-oriented food runner to be the vital link between our culinary team and our

guests. In fine dining, the runner is more than a delivery person; you are the final checkpoint for

excellence.

What You’ll Do:

 The Final Polish: Conduct a final quality check on every plate, ensuring garnishes and

presentation meet our executive chef’s exacting standards.

 Precision Delivery: Use the "open hand" technique to place dishes without interrupting

the guest’s experience.

 Expert Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of ingredients and allergens to

confidently answer guest questions upon delivery.

 The Orchestrator: Work in lockstep with the Expeditor and Servers to maintain a

flawless tempo during peak service hours.

seasoned veteran.

Requirements:

 Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a full-service restaurant
