Location: Garland, TX 75042
Pay Rate: $15.75/hr
Shift: Night Shift | 8–12-hour shifts
Schedule: Must be flexible and available to work weekends as needed

Job Description:
We are hiring Production Workers/Blow Molding Downstream Operators to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves monitoring the production line, inspecting plastic bottles and containers, and handling finished products as they come off the line.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the production line
• Inspect plastic bottles and containers for quality
• Identify and remove defective or damaged products
• Sort and organize finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Report quality or equipment issues to the Supervisor or Lead

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work 8–12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
• Must be flexible to work weekends as needed
