We are urgently hiring Packers in Solon, OH for a growing food-production operation that supplies packaged nuts, snacks, and fruit mixes to the airline industry.

This is a hands-on, full-time position with multiple shifts available, benefits with no waiting period, and opportunities for overtime based on production needs. Training is provided for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to learn.

• 
  1st Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
  
• 
  2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM, Monday-Friday
  
• 
  3rd Shift:
  
  • 
    12:00 AM-7:00 AM, Tuesday-Friday
    
  • 
    12:00 AM-9:45 AM, Saturday
    
• 
  Overtime: Available based on production needs

What You'll Do
As a Packer, you will help ensure food products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Setting up and operating packaging equipment according to established procedures
  
• 
  Coordinating with mixers and production team members to keep products moving efficiently
  
• 
  Applying labels and printing required information accurately
  
• 
  Weighing and inspecting packaged products to confirm they meet specifications
  
• 
  Packing nut mixes, snacks, and fruit mixes into boxes
  
• 
  Sealing and arranging finished packages on pallets for shipping
  
• 
  Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
  
• 
  Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food-safety requirements
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  No previous experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

  High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  
• 
  Ability to stand for extended periods

  Basic math skills
