Assistant General Manager | Full Service Concept

An established Washington, D.C. hospitality group is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a popular neighborhood dining restaurant. We need a hands-on leader skilled in managing high-volume service, supporting BOH/FOH team operations, and maintaining a welcoming, guest-centric culture.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining restaurants. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
• Experience utilizing modern restaurant tech stacks (POS, reservation platforms, and inventory tracking systems).
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to operational excellence, alongside strong coaching and team development skills.
• A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Active ServSafe Manager Certification and a DC ABRA Manager’s License (or immediate eligibility to transfer).
