Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team on-site. This is a part-time position with a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right individual. This is a great opportunity for someone with some exposure to staffing, recruiting, transportation, or customer service who is interested in growing their experience.

We are willing to train the right individual. The ideal candidate does not need to be experienced in the staffing industry, but must be organized, comfortable speaking with applicants, eager to learn, and able to follow through consistently.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with general admin, operations and recruiting-related tasks as needed.

* Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and outreach.

* Support dispatch with employee and client communication.

* Document Management – Auditing file compliance and tracking/updating expired docs

* Learn and master our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements:

* MUST be a team player

* Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft Excel

* Able to learn new computer databases and software platforms easily

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Professional and welcoming phone presence

* High school diploma or equivalent. (Associate’s degree is a plus!)
