Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our Savannah Factory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and wants to continue developing their technical skills.

Schedule: 4-days-on / 4-days-off, 12-hour shift rotation.

B Shift

• Wednesday: 12:00pm -6:00pm
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00am- 6:00pm

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various operations, including drilling, grinding, and milling.
• Monitor machines throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed to achieve quality results.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet documented quality standards and specifications.
• Safely package finished products according to established procedures.
• Learn and apply Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the work area, including floors, benches, machines, and storage areas.
• Follow proper material handling procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report unsafe conditions or situations to the Supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery is preferred.
• Experience with vertical or horizontal milling machines, HAAS equipment, or CNC lathes is a plus.
• CNC programming experience is an asset.
• Working knowledge of G-Code and CNC milling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Understanding of dimensions, measurements, and quality inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of proper material handling techniques.
• Comfortable using computers and production-related systems.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.
