Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Part time 15 to 25 hours a week. Mostly 1pm to 5pm. The ideal candidate will be a point of contact for

our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing data entry duties. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Speaking fluent Spanish too will increase your pay.

Duties

Greet clients, manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate

personnel. Rate auto insurance quotes. Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all documents are

easily accessible Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computer software.
