Road Warrior Staffing is hiring dependable PM Warehouse Associates / Order Assemblers for a full-time, long-term warehouse opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

This is an active, hands-on warehouse order assembly position supporting a busy food distribution operation. Warehouse Associates will be responsible for assembling customer orders, picking and organizing products, staging completed orders, preparing shipments, loading outbound orders, and supporting general warehouse operations throughout the shift.

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, with required overtime when needed to meet operational demands.

The position pays $20.20 per hour total, including an additional $2.00 per hour night shift premium.

Duties

As a PM Warehouse Associate / Order Assembler, you will help prepare customer orders and support outbound warehouse operations.

Responsibilities may include:

Assemble customer orders accurately according to warehouse requirements
Pick and organize products for customer orders
Verify products and quantities during order assembly
Stage completed orders for outbound loading
Prepare products for shipment and delivery
Load products and completed customer orders as required
Move products throughout designated warehouse areas
Maintain organized staging and loading areas
Support shipping and outbound warehouse operations
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow warehouse safety and product-handling procedures
Report product discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to the appropriate team member
Work efficiently with other warehouse associates to complete daily order volume
Maintain productivity throughout a fast-paced PM shift
Work required overtime when necessary to complete warehouse operations

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
Previous warehouse, order assembly, picking, loading, shipping, or similar experience preferred
Ability to work a full-time Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM schedule
Ability to work required overtime when operationally necessary
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail when assembling and verifying orders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
