Pay: $29.00/hour (includes shift differential)
Shift: 2nd Shift

Bonus Opportunity

Eligible U.S. touch-labor roles may qualify for a $3,000 Subco Bonus Program:

• $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance
• $1,000 after 60 days
• $1,000 after 90 days

To receive the 60- and 90-day bonuses, the employee must have received the 14-day bonus.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sheet Metal Worker – Level 2 (Fitter) to fabricate and assemble aerospace and commercial products. The ideal candidate has strong sheet metal fabrication skills and can independently read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal equipment, including drill presses, punch presses, shears, brakes, bending rolls, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Fabricate and shape sheet metal according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to form, smooth, and blend seams.
• Perform precision measurements using calipers and other measuring tools.
• May operate soldering and welding equipment.
• Follow established procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong sheet metal fabrication and blueprint/engineering drawing skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings independently preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience preferred; candidates with less experience but strong technical aptitude may be considered.
• Defense industry experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and perform repetitive lifting as required.
• Comfortable working around machinery and other industrial hazards.
