Assembly Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is seeking a dependable Assembly Operator to join a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

We're looking for candidates who are reliable, have good attendance, and are ready to contribute to a team-focused production environment.

• Perform basic machine operations following written and demonstrated instructions
• Complete light assembly tasks according to production requirements
• Inspect materials and report defects or quality concerns to the supervisor
• Use basic hand tools and measuring devices as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing or related experience
• Sit-down forklift experience
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow written and demonstrated instructions
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use basic handheld measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
