Electronics Quality Inspector II

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring a knowledgeable Quality Control Inspector in Webster! If you’re experienced in the manufacturing industries, we want to hear from you.

• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of electronic components and assemblies to ensure they meet predefined specifications and standards
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports. Document and report defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis on quality issues and work with engineering and production teams to resolve problems and prevent recurrence
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Familiarize yourself with relevant standards.
• Verify calibration of inspection tools and equipment as needed. Ensure that all inspection tools are maintained in good working order.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality issues and suggesting process improvements.
• Assist in training production staff on quality standards and best practices

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of Electronic Manufacturing experience
• Quality Control and Inspection experience required
• Ability to use calibration and testing tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
