Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring a detail oriented Data Quality Control Specialist in the Galveston area! If you’re organized and enjoy data driven with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all commercial and consumer accounts, DDA. SAV, CD, IRA and SDB types, and determine if Policy and Procedures were followed, as well as DDA compliance and, BSA procedures.
• Regulation CC verification for Holds.
• Completes a checklist for all account types once the review is complete.
• Reviews all Legal Documents for Business accounts, BSA Beneficial Owner Documents.
• Provides Banking Center support.
• Synergy and Synergy Workflow.
• Importing and indexing all documents for all new accounts sent by Workflow; Indexing work from the QC w: drive; Import and Index.
• Reviews the QC e-mail for miscellaneous work; Notice of Action Taken, Adverse Action Notices or Beneficial Owner Changes; maintenance.
• Regular workflow; all types.
• Research when warranted.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of banking experience in new accounts and some bank operations.
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be well organized
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Have a strong understanding of deposit documentation for all account types, regulatory requirements and changes.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of bank personnel.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
