Schedule Expectations

• Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
• Part-Time: 6+ visits per week
• PRN: 1 shift every 6 months

What You'll Do

• Evaluate & Plan Care: Conduct patient assessments, set functional goals, and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver Impactful Therapy: Provide skilled interventions to improve children's mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall independence.
• Guide & Supervise: Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure seamless care execution.
• Teach & Empower: Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, fall prevention, safety practices, and proper use of assistive devices.
• Track & Adjust Progress: Complete timely EMR documentation and update treatment plans as children reach their milestones.

Qualifications

• License & Education: Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program and an active Texas PT license.
• Health & Safety: Current CPR/BLS certification and a recent TB test (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Travel: Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and willingness to travel within 20 miles of your home with a flexible schedule.
• Skills & Experience: Great communication, time management, and clinical skills. Experience in pediatrics or home health, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish), are bonus perks—new grads are welcome to apply!
