Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $37.00/hour
Shift: 7pm to 7am; 2, 2, 3 rotating shifts
Location: Sturtevant, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $37/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company expectations and customer quality standards.
• Perform proactive mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, including conveyors, blow molding, injection molding, extrusion machinery, compressors, chillers, and more.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance, changeovers, and equipment upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Tag, repair, or replace components adhering to TPM guidelines.
• Support installation, wiring, and programming of equipment to meet specifications.
• Identify and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical issues.
• Maintain safety policies, GMP, and global food safety practices.
• Document work activities and manage parts inventory using SAP and MS Office.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Lead operational improvements to reduce downtime, spoilage, and increase line speeds.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; technical school certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in plastics technology or similar technical field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Skilled with hand and power tools & capable of providing forklift certification.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in hot/cold environments.
• Valid forklift operation certification.
