Human Resources (HR) Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based fully on-site in Thomasville, Georgia. This role will manage recruitment activities from talent identification through offer coordination, helping the organization attract experienced candidates for corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in candidate sourcing, structured interviewing, and applicant tracking systems while maintaining a detail-oriented and responsive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions with hiring managers through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively identifying prospective candidates through sourcing channels, networking, and direct outreach.

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities, define role expectations, and align recruiting strategies with workforce needs.

• Conduct candidate screenings and formal interviews to assess experience, skills, and overall fit for open positions.

• Manage job postings, applicant flow, and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system to ensure organized and compliant processes.

• Present experienced candidates to hiring teams with clear summaries of skills, experience, and interview feedback.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.

• Monitor recruiting progress and provide updates on pipeline activity, hiring challenges, and market feedback to key stakeholders.

• Ability to work in office on a long-term contract opportunity based fully on-site in Thomasville, Georgia.

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting for corporate or specialized roles.

• Strong background in candidate sourcing and talent identification across multiple channels.

• Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate applicants against position requirements.

• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruitment workflows.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

• Sound judgment and organizational skills to handle confidential hiring information appropriately.
