Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support training and documentation activities within a manufacturing environment in Greenville, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining accurate employee training records, reviewing documentation for completeness, and keeping multiple tracking tools and files up to date. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, confidence with Excel and Microsoft Office, and a careful, detail-driven approach to recordkeeping.
Responsibilities:
• Review, process, and verify employee training records to ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded.
• Enter training data from paper forms, handwritten notes, and digital sources into spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems.
• Maintain and update training matrices, reports, and related files used to monitor employee compliance and qualification status.
• Examine records for missing, inaccurate, or incomplete information and follow up to resolve documentation gaps.
• Communicate with supervisors and other team members regarding training requirements, record updates, and outstanding paperwork.
• Organize and preserve physical files, backup materials, and electronic documentation in a structured and accessible manner.
• Support accuracy and consistency across documentation by performing routine audits and record checks.
• Follow established workplace policies related to quality, safety, environmental standards, and administrative procedures.
• Provide additional clerical and documentation support to the team as needed.

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, document control, data entry, HR coordination, or a related area.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, along with general Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to manage information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both paper and electronic files efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing productively in a team-oriented setting.
• Experience handling records, completing paperwork, and maintaining documentation in a structured environment.
• Associate degree preferred.
