Flexible Hours - Babysitter Needed

I have the most happiest 1-year-old baby boy who needs part time care while we work our 12 hour shifts during the day. I am a nurse and dad is a police officer. We need somebody to get up with him, feed him and change him, and keep him occupied until we get home. Days will vary during the week depending on my schedule for work. This is only 1 to 3 days weekly if that. Pay will equal to the same amount every month.
