Position Summary

\n

Seeking a BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services across home, school, and community settings. The role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, caregiver training, and data-driven case management.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Conduct FBAs and behavioral assessments.
\n
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Supervise BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior therapists.
\n
• Provide caregiver training and support.
\n
• Monitor data and adjust treatment programs.
\n
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, educators, and other professionals.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
\n
• Active BCBA certification.
\n
• Florida licensure, where required.
\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
\n
