Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children

Hello! We are looking for someone to join our family starting in January to look after our 1-year-old son in our home. Mom works from home full time and dad is a firefighter with a 24/48 schedule. Looking for help 2 days a week from 9a-4p. Days will shift week to week pending dad's shift schedule. Would love for this person to be available for occasional date nights on an ongoing basis, with comfort handling bedtime for all three kids (5 and 4-year-old sisters). Date night help can start immediately!
