Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Vancouver

Two bed, 1 bath apartment. Looking for weekly assistance on upkeep of weekly chores such as laundry, dishes, windows, dusting, floors and general tidying. There are a lot of pets/plants in the home, a parrot, two cats and three snakes. Cleaners must be no straight bleach (clorox wipes/toiler bowl cleaner is fine) and preferably natural/non-aerosol/harsh chemical cleaners (no ammonia/pinesol) to protect my birds respiratory system. I'm a very busy woman with essentially two jobs who simply has a hard time keeping up on the weekly cleaning and looking to outsource and hopefully finally achieve a cleaner home on a consistent basis. Looking for more for extra help than full delegation.
