Part-Time Housekeeper Needed For Boulder Home

Looking for a reliable housekeeper for a private Boulder home. The home is 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms and about 5, 000 sq. ft., but only two people live there and most rooms are not regularly used, so routine cleaning is closer to a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom space. No pets. Schedule is typically twice per week while the homeowner is in Boulder, but may vary with travel. When he is away, occasional help may be needed with trash. Duties include standard cleaning, laundry, light organization, and taking trash out for pickup. Groceries are not required. Looking for someone dependable, communicative, and experienced with recurring housekeeping.
