Shenandoah Senior Living Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Shenandoah, PA.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime | On-Call as Needed
Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department.

• Audit nursing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and support holistic resident care.

• Make daily rounds to observe and evaluate the care provided to residents.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.

• Maintain infection control practices and documentation for staff and residents.

• Ensure appropriate education and training are provided as needed in collaboration with the management team.

• Support the Director of Nursing and nursing leadership team in maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.

• Assist with the overall coordination and supervision of nursing services.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Minimum of supervisory or nursing leadership experience in a long-term care setting.

• Experience working with the geriatric population in a long-term care environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations, infection prevention, and quality-of-care standards.
