About the Role

As our Assistant Director of Nursing LVN/RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring seamless communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication among staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in nursing leadership

• Current LPN/RN licensure in the State of Texas

• Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., CCRN, CNOR)
