Responsibilities
- Independently manage implanted CRM devices (pacemakers, ICDs, implanted loop recorders) in an outpatient CRM device program, including device interrogation, troubleshooting, and programming within scope of practice.
- Perform device checks and programming per physician orders; document results and device status in the electronic medical record (EPIC experience preferred).
- Monitor patient rhythm, respond to device alarms, and coordinate with the cardiology team for follow-up and care planning.
- Maintain infection control and sterile technique; assist with device-related procedures as needed and ensure patient safety throughout the workflow.
- Educate patients on device function, maintenance, and post-implant care; uphold cardiovascular physiology and rhythm management knowledge in daily practice.

Requirements
- BLS certification (required)
- Pacemaker/ICD technician program or equivalent job experience (required)
- EPIC experience within the last 2 years (required)
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management devices, rhythm management principles, and cardiovascular physiology
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient CRM device management environment
- Experience with adult patient population (18+) and ability to adhere to safety and privacy protocols
