Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)

Available Shifts:

• Full-time 7AM - 3PM, with potential for every other weekend

• Full-time 11PM - 7AM

• Part-time 3PM -11PM

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time mod comp options

Sign on Bonus: Full-time $ | Part-time $

What You’ll Do

As an MNA, you’ll assist licensed nursing staff and help maintain safe, accurate medication practices. Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision

• Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly

• Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies

• Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management

• Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications

• Storing and handling medications safely and securely

• Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
