Available Shifts: 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: LPN $36.00 - $42.00 | RN $44.00 - $49.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Sign-On Bonus: LPN $5,000 | RN $5,500
Weekend Shift Differential: $6.00 per hour for every weekend shift!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with established policies and resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Supervise and guide direct care staff

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes

• Promote quality care and uphold all federal, state, and facility standards

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
