6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Shipping Dispatcher to help coordinate the movement of fresh produce shipments. In this role, you will work closely with warehouse staff, transportation carriers, and customers to ensure orders are shipped accurately and delivered on time.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules
- Communicate with drivers and carriers regarding shipment updates
- Track and monitor inventory movement
- Maintain shipping records and documentation
- Help resolve shipping issues and ensure on-time deliveries
- Support the warehouse team in meeting productivity goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- May require standing for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
