Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a flexible sitter for my 7month old son. I work from home, and need help with him during the day 3x a week for 4-5 hours max. We would expect full attention to be on him for feeding , changing, exercising, walks, naps, ready etc. I will be home so we will not be looking to pay more than $15-$18 an hour. We have two dogs which do bark and are nice, you will not be expected to take care of dogs. We would want to meet you before hiring to ensure we are a good fit.
