Pet Walker - Full-time / Part-time

Almost a year old, full bred blue healer, male, has never been around people or places, I don't know how to train dogs so he knows very little which has led to bad behavior issues, he belongs to my daughter and when she has him he stays in his kennel, can't have him around my grandson because the dog gets overly excited and doesn't know how to act so the dog ends up tackling my grandson to the ground and holds him there, tried introducing the dog to another person and he got aggressive and tried to attack her.
